The capacity to lead well, be present as a father, think clearly under pressure — all depend on a nervous system that can return to baseline. That return is a skill. This program teaches it.
Why the Department of Defense Funded This Practice
iRest Yoga Nidra — the recovery protocol at the core of this program — was funded by the DOD and NIH for use with Special Operations forces dealing with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, chronic sleep deprivation, and persistent pain. The U.S. Army Surgeon General placed it on their list of Complementary and Alternative Medicine practices.
