The membership includes two distinct trainings: one for grounded masculine leadership and one for laughter-led state change, play, and family reconnection. Every homework submission receives a personal response from Nathan.

Nathan Vaughn

Certified yoga teacher, father, and former corporate leader. Nathan built Gentle Warrior Yoga after years of watching high-performing men struggle with stress, disconnection, and the inability to fully arrive anywhere — work, home, or within themselves.

His approach draws on Patanjali's 8 limbs, iRest Yoga Nidra (clinically researched), functional anatomy, and the practical demands of a full life.
