Laughter reset
Three short stages. Move, breathe, make a little sound, return to steadiness. Use it before practice, teaching, or walking back through the front door.

Plant your feet. Two long breaths.
Inhale into the whole front of the body. Lengthen the exhale. Let the shoulders drop.

Swing the arms down. Let a sound come out.

Inhale. Widen the ribs like a flower. Soften.

Back off if you feel dizzy, panicky, breathless, or emotionally flooded. If today's a heavy day, choose slower breathwork instead. This is a reset, not a test.
