Forrest yoga is about who you are now. I can give you advice on the best postures for you or alternatives.
I have a physical injury
Forrest yoga has been designed to work support and strengthen physical injury. I am also a trained nurse used to supporting people in their health.
How big are the classes? I don't like a lot of people
The maximum number is 10 in a class. I work with small classes so I can support and hold a safe space for you to work on release.
Yoga is not my thing, I prefer exercise fitness programmes
Experiencing yoga is not a one-size-fits-all approach, there are many forms and styles. I invite you to give it a go and see how you feel after a class.
I can’t sit still in my head for that long.
Using a combination of breath techniques and sequenced postures I invite you to come into feeling in your body and move out of the mind.
What will I wear
Anything you feel comfortable in as long as you can bend. I suggest jogging pants or leggings.
Do I have to bring anything?
I provide all equipment but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer along with a bottle of water.
